9/28我在8591看到標題打350元購買440片巴爾小符.因為350元算小錢
我也懶得打巴爾符,我就下標購買,他一開始給我兩個帳號insti-charm
跟b***lscs  這兩帳號,前面那組帳號8隻腳色全部放滿了一堆小符,後面那組帳號只有兩隻腳色 巴爾符比較少.,交易完後我再跟他買一個空身帳號.


     9/28那晚交易完後 我把密碼都改過了,我開這幾個帳號也都開幾十遍不等.直到隔天早上9/29日  我要開啟insti-charm 這帳號 就一直顯是我密碼錯誤. 後來我傳簡訊給賣家要他跟我說清楚 怎回事.


他聲稱賣我的D2帳號都未註冊過信箱,他認為我密碼是被人盜取走的
跟他沒關係.我想 有玩暗黑的玩家都知道,要改D2密碼 有兩種方式,一種是註冊e-mail信箱 要改密碼在寄認證信件到你信箱做修改動作,第二是知道原先密碼在遊戲設定那邊再直接更新密碼,但前提是密碼外流,或者被駭客程式盜取密碼才有可能. 我那天在我家中上網玩D2,未用地3方程式,防毒軟體也有安裝.開了將近10幾個D2帳號,9/29號只有他賣我的insti-charm 此帳號被盜??? 邏輯不太合理.


       對方聲稱帳號並未註冊過信箱, 於是我寄信到暴風雪 ,如果暴風雪正明他沒註冊過信箱 我被盜跟他沒關係,如果BZ證實此帳號有註冊過e-mail,但對方卻騙我沒註冊過 ,那責任是不是很明顯?


      我把暴風雪的信件PO給大家看 ,麻煩基神人幫我斷定一下文章內容,本人英文不太好,寫英文信有點破,不過暴風雪似乎懂我要說什麼,我把它標記起來 麻煩各位幫忙翻譯 那帳號是否有註冊過E-mail  感謝了!

There is a registered email address for that account, but I am not allowed to provide that information. 紅字那邊就說有註冊e-mail了
100%確定 如果你還是不確定 下面這段話修一下
"i just want to know this account registered email"
改成
"I just want to know is this account has a registered email address?"
我文法也沒好到哪裡去
不過其實也沒必要再問了,確定有註冊信箱的~對方不信拿BZ回信給他看
如果還死不認帳就報案,讓對方知道你不是好惹的
這種騙人的傢伙最好給他點教訓,是我就讓他留個案底了(私下和解是只雙方達成共識,通常都是輸方賠償贏方~省去一些麻煩,而保留刑事追訴權則是對方不僅僅要負刑事責任且你所購買該得的物品對方都必須賠償)
之前朋友網拍被騙 印象中好像律師是這樣講,可能也有錯誤~

的確未註冊email也能聲請帳號

看bl'z回覆你的mail 該帳號申請時 有註冊過mail



如果是以對方提供的帳號 帳交

先把交易的東西搬回你自有的帳號,該帳號不要再使用於存放物品

因為你無法辨別 帳交的帳號是否有註冊mail

帳交的第一原則
完成交易時立即把交易帳號內的物品移到自己開的帳號內

在基地PO這類的文 , 也只能發洩情緒而已
真的想討回公道 , 找數字網或是律師出面才有可能....
